Silky Cool will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Step 1: Facial Cleanser for Pre-Cleanse 2-3 min and Deep – Cleansing 5-8 min clock & anti clockwise wipe out / wash out.
Step 2: Facial: Toner Apply on tapping from for 2-3 min do not remove.
Step 3: Facial Scrub 3-5 min small circles clock & anti clock wise use with water wash / wipe out.
Step 4: Facial Massage Cream 15-20 min focus on pressure points penetrate into the skin do not remove.
Step 5: Volcanic Mud Mask 10-20 min / or until completely dries apply upward direction wash / wipe out.
