- Silky Cool (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://www.silkycool.pk (the “Website”). By placing an order through the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, mutual protection, and alignment of expectations regarding our services.
- General Terms
- All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our Website, discrepancies may occasionally occur. In such instances, we will fulfill the available items in your order and contact you to determine whether you wish to:
- Wait for the backordered item to be restocked, or
- Receive a refund for the unavailable item(s).
3. Shipping Costs
- A shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to orders valued below PKR 4,000.
- Orders valued at PKR 4,000 or more qualify for free delivery.
- For discounted items or promotional offers, a flat shipping fee of PKR 200 may apply to all orders, regardless of value.
- The shipping fee displayed at checkout is the final amount payable for delivery.
4. Returns Policy
4.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind if the following conditions are met:
- A return request is submitted within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, who must arrange their own shipping.
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed as store credit for future purchases. Refunds will only cover the value of the returned goods and will not include any shipping fees paid. Customers will be notified via email once the return is processed.
5. Delivery Terms
5.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments typically take 2–5 business days to arrive.
5.2 Order Dispatch
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PST) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day.
- Our warehouse operates Monday–Saturday, excluding national holidays. Efforts are made to minimize delays during non-operational periods.
5.3 Change of Delivery Address
Delivery addresses may be updated at any time before the order is dispatched.
5.4 Restricted Delivery Areas
Shipments to remote or village areas may not be available. However, customers can opt to collect their orders from the nearest city where delivery is possible.
5.5 Out-of-Stock Items
Orders containing out-of-stock items will be held until the items become available. In-stock items will remain reserved during this period.
5.6 Delayed Deliveries
If your order exceeds the anticipated delivery time, please contact us immediately for assistance and resolution.
- Tracking Notifications
- Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows real-time updates on shipment progress through the courier’s tracking system.
- Parcels Damaged in Transit
- If your parcel arrives damaged:
- If possible, refuse delivery and notify our customer service team immediately.
- If the parcel was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for further instructions.
8. Duties & Taxes
8.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the product prices displayed on our Website. No additional sales tax will be applied at checkout.
